Welcome to Myles Health. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Myles Health application (the "App") and website (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using Myles, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Myles. By using the Service, you confirm you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Users aged 13–17 may use Myles with parental awareness.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Update your information if it changes
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your credentials with others
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Myles to violate any law, harass others, send spam, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the Service, or use Myles for any illegal or unethical purpose.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
Free Trial
- All new users receive a 7-day free trial of premium features
- No credit card is required to start your trial
- Trial access ends automatically after 7 days
Paid Plans
- Monthly Plan: £6.99/month
- Annual Plan: £39.99/year
Founding Member Pricing
Users who subscribe during the launch period have locked-in pricing that will never increase, even as we raise prices for new members. This is our thank you for believing in Myles from the beginning.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. You will receive a receipt by email after each charge. Your subscription auto-renews each billing period unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via App Settings → Subscription → Cancel or by emailing hello@myleshealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If there is a billing error on our part, contact us at hello@myleshealth.com within 30 days.
4. Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

What Myles Is
Myles is a health companion app providing period tracking, general health information, educational content, and Ask Babe — an AI assistant for health-related conversations.
What Myles Is NOT
Myles cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace your GP, midwife, or any licensed healthcare provider.
Ask Babe Disclaimer
Ask Babe is an AI assistant. She is NOT a doctor and cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency guidance. If you experience symptoms of a medical emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myles and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; medical decisions based on information from Myles or Ask Babe; health outcomes or complications; or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Myles — text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by Myles Health / Mamaspath. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use Myles. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use Myles content for commercial purposes.
You retain all rights to your personal health data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Myles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may take the Service offline for maintenance with or without advance notice and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Your use of Myles is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime through App Settings or by emailing hello@myleshealth.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, abuse the Service, or have multiple failed payments.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes must be resolved individually — you agree not to participate in any class action against Myles. Please contact hello@myleshealth.com before pursuing any legal action.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Myles constitutes acceptance.
