AJEBO Entertainment Ltd, trading as Mamaspath and Myles Health, is registered in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.
We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you subscribe, the health data you log in the app (such as period dates, symptoms, and pregnancy details), and your conversations with Ask Babe. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data to help us improve the app.
Your day-to-day tracking data (your cycle, symptoms, and logs) is stored on your own device. It is not held on our servers. This means your most personal information stays with you.
Your health data is used solely to power your personal experience inside the app. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where it is strictly needed to run the service: Stripe for payments, and Anthropic for Ask Babe AI responses.
Messages you send to Ask Babe are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Please do not include sensitive identifying information such as your full name, home address, or NHS number in Ask Babe conversations.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@myleshealth.com. You can also delete your account and data at any time — see our Account Deletion page.
Account information (such as your email) is kept only while your account is active. Health logs stored on your device remain under your control and can be cleared from within the app. When you request deletion, we remove your account data within 30 days.
This website does not use tracking cookies. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Myles is intended for users aged 13 and over. Younger users should only use Myles with a parent or guardian, on the parent or guardian's account and with their supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
