These terms govern your use of the Myles app and myleshealth.com, operated by AJEBO Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Myles is a women's wellness app providing health information, cycle tracking, pregnancy support, and AI-assisted guidance. Myles is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency services. Nothing in the Myles app should replace the advice of your GP, midwife, or specialist.
Myles is offered on a subscription basis. The period tracker is always free. Premium features require a subscription at £6.99 per month or £39.99 per year.
You may cancel at any time from the My Account section within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access to premium features until then. You will not be charged again after you cancel.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, contact hello@myleshealth.com within 14 days and we will assess your request fairly.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account secure. Please do not share your account. Myles accounts are for individual personal use only.
Ask Babe is powered by artificial intelligence and provides general health information. Responses may not always be accurate. Please do not rely solely on Ask Babe for medical decisions.
All content, branding, and code within Myles is owned by AJEBO Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
